Michael Hall, 39, of Whitehall, was charged with suspicion of driving under the influence 1:14 p.m. Nov. 14 following a vehicle crash into a tree in the 1800 block of Alder Lane. Police allegedly found Hall slumped over the wheel following the crash with the car still running. Police took Hall to St. Luke’s University Health Network - Fountain Hill for evaluation.

A resident reported 6:18 p.m. Nov. 15 an unknown actor removed a student’s class ring from the center console of a vehicle in the 1600 block of Seidersville Road.

A customer of Scott Chevrolet Saab Chrysler, 3333 Lehigh St., reported 3 p.m. Nov. 17 an unknown actor went through the vehicle and a small amount of change was removed while the vehicle was in for service.

Lehigh Valley Health Network - Cedar Crest alerted Salisbury police and the Lehigh County Agency on Aging 3:14 p.m. Nov. 16 about a patient who alleges a nephew took money and potentially had inappropriate contact with the victim. This incident is currently under investigation.

A resident in the 1700 block of Acker Street reported 11:42 a.m. Nov. 16 receiving multiple calls from individuals identifying themselves as representatives of the Internal Revenue Service threatening lawsuits. The resident hung up and tried to call the number back but was unsuccessful.

Kristian Anderson, 35, of Emmaus, was found along 33rd Street in the area of Berger Street 10:56 p.m. Nov. 17 staring at the railroad tracks. Anderson allegedly told police he thought he heard terrorists “messing with the railroad tracks.” Anderson was issued a citation and taken home.

Brittany Boyer, 26, of Alburtis, was charged with retail theft after allegedly removing merchandise valued at $206.63 from Steinmart, 3300 Lehigh St., 5:26 p.m. Nov. 17. Boyer was allegedly observed with a male exiting the store without paying for merchandise. The male fled and Boyer was taken to Central Booking for processing.

Dean Marucci, 47, of Allentown, was charged with retail theft after allegedly removing merchandise valued at $199.96 from Petco, 3300 Lehigh St., 1:45 p.m. Nov. 18. He was taken to Central Booking for processing.
