Ashley Lynn Paukovitch, 31, of Stockertown, was charged with retail theft after allegedly attempting to remove $9.48 worth of merchandise from Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 3:30 p.m. Nov. 7. All items were recovered. Charges were filed in District Court 31-3-02.

David Kevin Johnson, 57, of Allentown, was charged with retail theft after allegedly removing $138.84 worth of merchandise from Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 7:35 p.m. Nov. 6. Charges were filed through District Court 31-3-02.

Reported by Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, an unknown male, described as black, removed ice tea, a pretzel, screen protector, jacket and BB pellets from the store and fled the area in a white Chevrolet Cavalier, traveling toward Hamilton Boulevard, 9:44 p.m. Oct. 25. Anyone with information regarding this incident may contact Pennsylvania State Police at 610-395-1438.

Jasmine Rivera, 30, of Allentown and Irma Millagros Martinez, 21, of Allentown, were taken into custody and transported to Lehigh County Central Booking after they allegedly paid for some items and did not pay for other items at Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 10:44 p.m. Oct. 23.

A 43-year-old woman, of Allentown and a 16-year-old female, of New Tripoli, were cited for retail theft after they removed $45 in merchandise from Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 1:09 p.m. Oct. 24.

A Macungie woman was issued a non-traffic citation for retail theft after she allegedly attempted to remove $106.43 worth of clothing, cosmetics and various other merchandise from Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 2:42 p.m. Oct. 24.

Richard Jones, 52, of Zionsville, was charged with criminal trespass after he allegedly walked on posted land in an area south of the 6700 block of Kings Highway, Upper Milford Township, 10:47 a.m. Oct. 22. Jones allegedly was observed on camera and is not permitted by the owner to be on the property. Charges were filed through District Court 31-3-03.

Reported by a resident in the 900 block of Barnside Road, Lower Macungie Township, unknown actors shattered a rear passenger side window of a vehicle 2 p.m. Nov. 7. Anyone with information regarding this incident may contact Pennsylvania State Police at 610-395-1438.

A 40-year-old Macungie man is accused of driving under the influence after a three-vehicle accident along Brookside Road, south of Oplinger Road, Lower Macungie Township, 2:37 p.m. Oct. 23. Charges were filed in District Court 31-3-02.

Nicholas Bianco, 19, of Monmouth Junction, N.J., was charged with drug possession after a traffic stop along the State Route 222 bypass, southbound, at the Brookside Road overpass, Lower Macungie Township, 8:53 p.m. Nov. 6. Bianco allegedly had a small amount of marijuana and associated paraphernalia.

Reported by a resident in the 8200 block of Power Lane, Lower Milford Township, unknown actors opened a Chase credit card account using the resident’s identity. Chase notified the resident about the unauthorized account Oct. 2. No transactions were made utilizing the fraudulent credit card.

Reported by a resident of Pleasant Road, Lower Macungie Township, Oct. 10 actors used the resident’s personal information to fraudulently open two credit accounts one of which was used to complete two transactions. The actors also obtained the resident’s credit card information and attempted to make purchases. The investigation continues.

Reported by two residents of the 4700 block of Shimersville Road, Upper Milford Township, a unnamed Bethlehem man, 49, received payment for a contract and construction never started between 8 a.m. May 13 and 4 p.m. Oct. 13. Charges were field through District Court 31-2-03.

Reported by a resident of Barnside Road, Lower Macungie Township, a 36-year-old New Jersey man is suspected of taking and failing to return the resident’s vehicle described as a black 2008 Dodge Charger Oct. 31. The investigation continues.
