During the early morning hours of March 15, a woman’s body was found in a shallow grave, in a ditch off Haasadahl Road, South Whitehall Township.

Several hours later, three individuals, Jamie Lynn Silvonek, then 14, her boyfriend Caleb Barnes, then 20, and David Silvonek, Jamie Lynn’s father were escorted from the Silvoneks’ Upper Macungie Township home.

The three were taken to the South Whitehall Township Police Department and placed in separate interview rooms.
