Police responding to a report of a disturbance at Molly’s Irish Grille on East Fourth Street Oct. 4 were allegedly forced to fight with and arrest a man.

Police said 23-year-old Stuart Reed of Freemansburg Avenue in Easton was escorted out of the bar and began to fight with the bouncers and punched somebody in the face.

Officers arrived around 2 a.m. and Reed allegedly punched them as well.

Reed was taken to St. Luke’s Hospital and is charged with harassment, disorderly conduct, public drunkenness, resisting arrest, and simple and aggravated assault.
