HOMECOMING PARADE TONIGHT

The Student Government Association at Salisbury High School, along with advisor Michael Anderson, have organized a Homecoming Parade 5:15 p.m. Oct. 16.

The parade will begin at the Salisbury Administration Building, go along Salisbury Road to Tweed, continue to Montgomery and end at Salisbury High School.

Participating in the parade are the Salisbury color guard, the Salisbury Police Department, Salisbury marching bands, twirlers, acting township manager, superintendent, assistant superintendent, school board members, SHS student government members, cheerleaders, members of the Eastern Salisbury Fire Department and Western Salisbury Fire Department, the Salisbury Falcon, the high school principal, No Place for Hate, members of the Homecoming Court, Key Club, Salisbury Youth Association, Class of 2019, Wheels of Time, SHS Alumni and teacher Barry Frick’s Beetle.

Residents are asked to grab their lawn chairs and sit along the parade route to support the participants.

The Press has it on good authority there will be some candy distributed along the parade route!
