State Police Troop M Fogelsville have identified the driver in the fatal Lynn Township crash Oct. 9 as Constance Marie Brown, 41, of New Ringgold, Schuylkill County.
Police say Brown was driving a 2007 Chevrolet Silverado north on Route 309, just south of Gun Club Road, when the pickup traveled off the roadway around 6 p.m. and struck two trees before coming to final rest on the east side of the road.
Lehigh County Deputy Coroner David Krause pronounced Brown dead at the scene.
Coroner Scott Grim said her death was due to multiple blunt force trauma and ruled the manner of death an accident.
Route 309 was closed for three hours due to the investigation.
