Weisenberg Lowhill Township Historical Society will have its annual meeting and banquet 6:30 p.m. Nov. 10 at the Seipstown Grange, 8501 Claussville Road.

A family style dinner will be served.

Speaker for the evening is Charles Adams III, author of more than 30 books on ghosts, legends and lore.

The Holiday Fine Arts and Crafts Festival by the Reading-Berks Guild of Craftsmen will take place 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Oct. 31 and 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Nov. 1 at the O’Pake Fieldhouse, Kutztown University, 312 Trexler Ave., Kutztown.

There will be handcrafted traditional and contemporary crafts and artisans on site.

A wide selection of one-of-a-kind items will be available to spruce up home décor for the holidays or fill gift-giving needs.
