Victor M. Martinez-Martinez, 56, of Reading, was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence after a series of alleged traffic violations were observed by police as Martinez-Martinez traveled westbound along Interstate 78 near mile marker 59.3, Salisbury Township, around 1 a.m. Aug. 9. Martinez-Martinez allegedly failed field sobriety tests at the scene. Charges were filed through District Court 31-1-08.
