Gockley’s Halloween community project will be a real “treat.” On Friday, Oct. 30, students, staff, families and friends are encouraged to bring in a canned food item. There will be a box at the school office to drop off. There also will be a drop-off box during the annual Halloween parade at the school. This is a one-day event. Food items will be donated to a local food pantry. This will be a great way for students to learn how to help their community and show kindness to their neighbors.
