Lynnport Fire Company, Behler Street, Lynnport, will host a craft fair 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Oct. 17.

Appproximately 30 crafters will participate in the all-handmade craft show. A portion of the proceeds will go to the fire company.

There will be a Chinese auction and a 50/50 raffle. Food and beverages will be sold during the show.

Jacob’s Church, Route 143, Jacksonville, will host its annual oyster supper 4-7 p.m. on Nov. 7 in the activity center.

Menu includes fried oysters, oyster stew and pie and fresh cut fries. Fried shrimp platters will be available.

There will also be desserts, including lemon strip and coconut pies.

Ebenezer Church, New Tripoli, will be having an adult Bible Study Fellowship called, “Laugh Your Way to a Happier Marriage” on Wednesdays, 6-7:30 p.m. through Nov. 4.

Dinner will be provided 6-6:30 p.m.

Child care for infants up to preschool-age children will be provided. Elementary youth group (Christ’s Kids) will be available 6:30-7:30 p.m.

Sunday Night Live (Jr. and Sr. youth group) will meet from 6-8 p.m. on Oct. 18. All are invited to attend.

Christ’s Kids (youth group for kindergarten through fifth grade meets 6:30-7:30 p.m. Wednesdays through Nov. 4.

Ebenezer’s Clothing Closet will be open from 6-8 p.m. Oct. 8, and from 10 a.m.-noon Oct. 10.

Free clothing is available for the entire family. Take as much as is needed. Proof of need not required.
