State Police Beat

State Police Troop M Fogelsville say they were dispatched on Sept. 25 to AT&T Cellular for a report that approximately 20 lbs. of copper fixtures were stolen from a cell tower at 6609 Reeser Drive, Lynn Township.

Anyone with information about this theft is asked to contact state police at 610-395-1438.

State Police Troop M Bethlehem say various items were stolen sometime between 8 p.m. Sept. 22 and 7 a.m. the next day from unlocked vehicles in or around the Opossum Lane and Cider Press Road area, Washington Township.

Police ask residents to secure their vehicles and valuables to reduce these types of crimes.

In a separate incident, State Police Troop M Fogelsville say a 29-year-old man and a 51-year-old man reported various items including a work laptop were stolen from multiple vehicles between 12:30-8 a.m. on Sept. 26 in the 7100 and 7400 block of Camp Meeting Road, Lynn Township.

State Police Troop M Fogelsville say a 64-year-old man reported three farm tractor batteries were stolen sometime between 4 p.m. Sept. 3 and 8 a.m. the next day from property in the 5000 block of Schochary Road, Lynn Township.

Anyone with information about this theft is asked to call state police at 610-395-1438.

Alan Morten Leach reported the cover to his boat motor was scratched sometime between 7 p.m. Sept. 19 and noon the next day at 3845 Hillside Dr. Washington Township, State Police Troop M Bethlehem say.
