Lisandro Tirado Segui, 36, of Allentown was charged with driving under the influence, DUI general impairment and several traffic violations after he was stopped for alleged erratic driving in the 100 block of Main Street 1 a.m. Sept. 6. Sequi was processed and released from the Lehigh County DUI Center.

Christopher Blakely, 21, of Allentown, was taken into custody 11:30 a.m. Sept. 14 at Italiano Delight restaurant, 1375 Chestnut St., after police were called to a disturbance at the restaurant and discovered Blakely had an outstanding warrant for allegedly resisting arrest issued by Allentown Police Department. Blakely was transported to Lehigh County Central Booking.

A resident of Franklin Street reported Sept. 15 an unknown actor removed a silver Dodge truck overnight. The truck was unlocked and the keys were in the truck at the time of the theft, according to police. The truck was recovered three days later several blocks away from where it was taken. The investigation continues.

Reported by a resident of the 400 block of Elm Street, unknown actors removed two packages from the front porch Sept. 8. The packages contained camera equipment valued at $400.

Reported by a resident of South Seventh Street Sept. 15, unknown actors removed a gray and black Trek mountain bicycle from a bicycle rack overnight. The bicycle is valued at $450.

Reported by a resident of the 500 block of Furnace Street Sept. 15, unknown actors removed a teal colored skateboard from the front porch overnight. The skateboard was valued at $50.

Reported by a female resident of Baltimore, Md., Sept. 14, unknown actors removed an iPhone from a vehicle while the woman was visiting relatives at the Meadows at Indian Creek apartment complex.

Residents at various locations reported change, cameras and a wallet removed overnight Sept. 14 to 15.

Reported at the Emmaus Police Department, 400 Jubilee St., unknown actors threw rocks at a parked police vehicle and at the police station building 3:45 a.m. Sept. 19. The rear window of the police vehicle and a garage door were damaged. Police are reviewing surveillance video and the investigation continues. Reported by a resident in the 600 block of Ridge Street Sept. 14, unknown actors intentionally scratched a vehicle overnight causing $1,000 damage.

Reported by an employee of East Penn Medical Center, 1003 Chestnut St. Sept. 13, an unknown actor broke a large pane window with a rock overnight causing $500 damage.

Reported by a Macungie resident Sept 14 while she was at the Wine & Spirit Shop, 1325 Chestnut St., Sept. 11, unknown actors struck her vehicle causing $1,700 damage.

Reported by a resident of the 200 block of South 13th Street, an unknown actor backed a sport utility vehicle into his vehicle Sept. 10 resulting in a flat tire and other damage.

Reported by an Allentown resident while traveling along South Seventh Street 4:45 p.m. Sept. 12, an unknown actor driving a red Pontiac Vibe rear-ended her vehicle causing damage. The operator of the Pontiac got out and yelled and cursed then drove off toward Allentown.

Reported in the 100 block of Berger Street Sept. 16, an unknown actor struck his vehicle overnight causing moderate damage.
