Concerned East Penn Taxpayers Association will host Lower Macungie Township Commissioner Ron Beitler in a free event Oct. 20.

Beitler will speak 7:30 p.m. at Emmaus Fire Co. #1, 50 S. Sixth St.

Beitler will talk about such topics as infrastructure, budgets and turf fields at Quarry Park in the township. A question and answer period will follow.
