Police made two very similar traffic arrests on the Southside Sept. 20.

Around 2:45 a.m. officers stopped a driver for a non-functional taillight on East Third Street. Amy Brensinger, 24, of West Union Boulevard, was found to be under the influence and in possession of marijuana and paraphernalia. Police did no specify if she was drunk or high.

Before midnight police stopped Andrew Cerullo, 32, of Fogelsville, also for a non-functional taillight.

He was determined to be intoxicated.

Both subjects are charged with DUI.
