Gregory Joseph Katishen Jr., 23, of Collegeville, was taken into custody under suspicion of driving under the influence of a controlled substance and drug possession after an alleged traffic stop along Interstate 78 westbound at mile marker 58.9, Salisbury Township, 2:49 a.m. Aug. 30. Katishen allegedly had in his possession six glassine bags of heroin at the time of the traffic stop. Charges were filed through District Court 31-1-08.
