Reported in the 4500 block of Vera Cruz Road, Lower Milford Township, unknown actors used a rock to break a rear door and remove various items including a jewelry box sometime between 8:45 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Sept. 9. Anyone with information on this incident may contact Pennsylvania State Police at 610-395-1438.

Stephen Michael Coulsey, 18, of Macungie, is charged with five counts of criminal attempted theft from a motor vehicle, eight counts of theft by unlawful taking, 13 counts of theft from a motor vehicle and 18 counts of receiving stolen property after he allegedly was found to be in possession of numerous stolen items. Coulsey allegedly admitted to entering 100 to 150 unlocked vehicles and 25 mailboxes at residences in the Ancient Oaks subdivision and surrounding areas, Lower Macungie Township, between June 29 and July 2. Charges were filed in District Court 31-3-02.

Reported by a resident in the 6200 block of Wheatland Drive, Lower Macungie Township, unknown actors entered unlocked vehicles parked in the driveway of the residence 8 a.m. Aug. 31. Nothing was removed from the vehicles.

Reported by a resident in the 2300 block of Light Horse Harry Road, Lower Macungie Township, unknown actors removed a Sony Cybershot digital camera from the glove box of an unlocked vehicle Aug. 31.

Reported at residences on Acorn Circle and Hickory Road, Lower Macungie Township, unknown actors entered unlocked vehicles and removed sunglasses and cash between 1 p.m. Sept. 7 and 6:45 a.m. Sept. 8. Anyone with information about this incident is asked to call Pennsylvania State Police at 610-395-1438.

Jennifer Lynn Volosin, 22, of Madison, NJ, was taken into custody for allegedly driving under the influence after a traffic stop along State Route 222 southbound, south of Krocks Road, Lower Macungie Township, 3:26 a.m. Aug. 29. Charges were filed in District Court 31-3-02.

Kyle Edward Tandy, 39, of Allentown, was taken into custody under suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol after an alleged traffic stop at Devonshire Road and Cedar Crest Boulevard, Lower Macungie Township, midnight Sept. 6. Charges were filed through District Court 31-3-03.

Two adult males reportedly entered Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, placed multiple items in a shopping cart and attempted to leave the store 2:10 p.m. Aug. 25. The men ran from the store after being stopped by store personnel. The investigation continues.

A pedestrian found a silver engagement ring while walking along Sauerkraut Lane near the intersection with Route 100, Lower Macungie Township, at approximately 6 p.m. Sept. 7.

Reported by a motorist traveling along Church Lane at Oak Drive, Lower Macungie Township, unknown actors threw an object at the motorist’s vehicle 4:45 p.m. Aug. 22.
