PBS39 WLVT-TV has received four Emmy Award nominations from the Mid-Atlantic Chapter of the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences (NATAS).
The nominations were received for PBS39’s locally-produced “Focus,” which, according to a press release, is a “community-minded program which showcases the people, places and issues of importance to the residents of the Greater Lehigh Valley and surrounding areas.”
The 33rd Annual Mid-Atlantic Emmy® Awards will be presented Sept. 19 at the Philadelphia Hilton, City Avenue, Philadelphia.
“Focus” is nominated in four categories, including:
Health-Environment-Science Program Feature of Segment, “Organic Farming: From Farm To Hospital,” Brittany Garzillo, Reporter-Producer; Jeffrey Frederick, Videographer; Lisa Robinson, Editor.
Arts-Entertainment News Single Story, “View Through The Glass,” Laura McHugh, Executive Producer; Jeffrey Frederick, Videographer; Lisa Robinson, Editor.
Education-Schools Program Feature of Segment, “Battles Of Bullying,” Brittany Garzillo, Reporter-Producer; Jeffrey Frederick, Videographer.
Public-Community-Current Affairs Feature or Segment, “In Good Spirits: Bethlehem Redevelopment,” Brittany Garzillo, Reporter-Producer.
