Apple Days set for Sept. 12

Historic Bethlehem Museums & Sites will hold the second annual Apple Days from 10 to 4 p.m. Sept. 12 at Burnside Plantation, Activities include an apple bobbing contest, cider press demonstrations, apple stamping, hard apple cider tastings, colonial cooking demonstrations featuring apple recipes and live music performances.

Preorders are currently available for apple pies, apple dumplings and mums . All baked goods and sweets will be available on a first come - first serve basis.

This year, guests may participate in an apple pie cooking contest from 11a.m. to 1pm. Prizes will be awarded.
