The Lehigh County District Attorney’s office recently announced five people are charged in an ongoing Lehigh County Drug Task Force investigation into drug transactions at the Executive Inn in Coopersburg and drug activity in the borough.

Detectives seized 72 bags of heroin with a street value of $1,440, 19 bags of cocaine with a street value of $380, one-half ounce of methamphetamine worth $2,500 and $835 in cash, according to Chief Detective Joseph P. Stauffer of the task force.

Coopersburg and Upper Saucon Township police assisted in the investigation.

The defendants are Vanessa Rae Frable, 22 and Ryan Ernest Mokrynchuk, 22, both of the 1100 block of Red Barn Road, Quakertown; Robert Patrick Wilson, 24, of Ocala, Fla., who was working in the Lehigh Valley; Robert Michael Rodelli, 42, of Pottstown and Justin William Wurst, 26, of the 1100 block of Red Barn Road, Quakertown.

Frable is charged with alleged possession of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia; Wilson with alleged possession of heroin, cocaine and paraphernalia; Rodelli with alleged delivery of heroin and cocaine, possession with intent to deliver heroin and methamphetamine and alleged possession of heroin, methamphetamine and paraphernalia; Wurst with alleged possession of heroin and paraphernalia; and Mokrynchuk with alleged criminal conspiracy to possess controlled substances.

According to a press release from the district attorney’s office, affidavits of probable cause allege the following.

Detectives investigating drug activity in the Coopersburg area and at the Executive Inn, 321 E. Third St., Coopersburg, Aug. 19 stopped a vehicle being driven by Mokrynchuk. Frable, Wilson and Wurst were in the vehicle. Detectives seized controlled substances from the three occupants of the vehicle.

Detectives earlier had seen Frable and Wurst allegedly leaving Rodelli’s room at the Executive Inn.

Detectives went to Rodelli’s room and observed three other people in the room who said they were there to buy heroin.

As in every criminal case, the fact that an arrest has occurred or a complaint has been filed is merely an accusation; and the defendants, Vanessa Rae Frable, Robert Patrick Wilson, Robert Michael Rodelli, Justin William Wurst and Ryan Ernest Mokrynchuk are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
