Officers responded to single motor vehicle accident with entrapment on Leithsville Road July 16 around 10 a.m.

EMS and fire personnel were able to free the driver after extensive effort. EMS reported the smell of alcohol and a legal blood draw produced a .18 percent BAC; more than twice the legal limit.

Stacey Coffin, 34, of Furnace Street in Hellertown, is charged with DUI, driving vehicle at a safe speed, careless driving and driving right side of roadway.
