Good food, games and smiles with friends were on the menu at the annual fifth grade picnic at Willow Lane Elementary School recently. Students celebrate the close of the elementary school year with fun.
Luke Zimmermann, Gabriel Krem, Chanakya Nukala and Tristan Huyssen enjoy a break for lunch. An obstacle course, maze, hula hoop challenge and a contest involving water balloons were among the events held during the day. 'Do you think there will be an extra recess in middle school?,' one of the friends pondered.
