Recently at Spring Ridge Drive East and Wild Cherry Lane in Lower Macungie Township, a Realtor set up a big "open house" banner and a little "for sale" sign.

The back drop shows a stop sign held in place with three wooden sticks.

What does this mean in a township that is spending $3.3 million plus on astro turf?
