Funk Brew Brewing Company donates to East Penn School District students

The Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce's LGBT Business Council and the Emmaus Main Street Partners recently joined forces to co-produce HALO: Funk on Thursday Funk Brewing Company microbrewery in Emmaus. Through sponsorships and admissions, the partners were able to donate $500 to the East Penn Angel Network. Another donation of $250 was given by Funk Brewing Company after a successful evening of sales, bringing the total donation to $750. HALOs are LGBT Business Council events. The name is an acronym for "Helping and Leading Others." HALOs are networking events to raise funds for local non-profit and/or charities. The event was attended by over 150 people.
