Burglary
A resident in the 2100 block of Lehigh Parkway reported 3:40 p.m. July 22 an unknown actor removed beer and wine from a garage refrigerator. The unknown actor entered the garage through an unlocked door.
A home in the 800 block of East Tioga Street was burglarized sometime between 3 p.m. July 22 and 7:47 a.m. July 23. A rear window was smashed and two PlayStation 4 game systems were removed.
Christopher Brugger, 38, of Topton, was charged with burglary, criminal trespass, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property following an incident 8:45 a.m. July 26 in the 1500 block of Maumee Avenue. Brugger allegedly entered his former residence and removed a cellphone.
Identity theft
A California woman reported 7 p.m. July 23 an unknown actor in the 1600 block of Sterner Lane stole her identity and had a satellite dish installed. Accumulated charges amount to $1,104.18.
Public drunkenness
Larry Merkle, 46, of Allentown, was found along the side of the road near the Unami Fish and Game Association, 75 Chestnut Hill Road, 10:55 p.m. July 23. Merkle allegedly was riding a bike home, fell off the bike and went to sleep. He was transported to the hospital for treatment and will be charged with alleged public drunkenness.
Missing adult
An Alzheimer's disease patient in the 1400 block of East Emmaus Avenue was reported missing from the home 11:30 a.m. July 24. A search was organized including police from the Fountain Hill Police Department, Salisbury K-9 officer Fonzie, officers from the Salisbury Police Department and members of the Eastern Salisbury Fire Department. The resident was found along Gaskill Avenue with an injury after falling and hurting his head. The resident was taken to St. Luke's University Health Network for evaluation.
Disturbance
A resident along Ueberroth Avenue reported a car speeding and screeching in the neighborhood 5:45 p.m. July 24.
Drug possession
Shiquan Price, 26, of Allentown, was charged with alleged possession of a small amount of marijuana and Dyshaun Staple, 30, of Allentown, was charged with alleged possession of a small amount of marijuana, driving without a license and an expired inspection sticker following a traffic stop in the 1200 block of South Pike Avenue 2:35 p.m. July 25. Both Price and Staple were taken to Central Booking for processing.
Assault
Sean Glancey, 22, of Perkasie, will be charged with simple assault, disorderly conduct and harassment following an alleged incident at Lehigh Valley Health Network - Cedar Crest 4:38 p.m. July 25. Glancey allegedly punched a tech partner in the face. Glancey was transferred to a hospital in Philadelphia and will be charged following his release.
Driving under the influence
Joshua Rosenberg, 25, of Salisbury, was charged with allegedly driving under the influence following a traffic crash in the 2000 block of Martin Luther King Drive 10 pm. July 28. Rosenburg was taken to Central Booking for processing.
