O.A.R. rocks Musikfest, 8:30 p.m. Aug. 9, Sands Steel Stage, PNC Plaza, SteelStacks, Bethlehem. O.A.R., known for its dynamic live shows, formed in 1996 and released its debut recording, "The Wanderer," the following year. The group's 2005 album, "Stories of a Stranger," featured the single "Love And Memories." Its follow-up recording, 2008's, "All Sides," included the hit "Shattered." O.A.R. has produced several live and studio albums, including "The Rockville LP," released last summer. Soul singer Allen Stone performs at 7:15 p.m. Stone's self-titled and self-released debut album was released in 2011. Opening the show at 6:15 p.m. is singer-songwriter Brynn Elliott, who released her debut EP, "Notions of Love," in April 2014. Gates open at 5 p.m.
