Harassment
Joanne Hoppe, 53, of Fountain Hill and Joanne Miceli, 44, of Allentown, were charged with a summary harassment 3:04 p.m. July 2 following an incident at Lehigh County Center for Recovery, 1620 Riverside Drive.
Fraud
A resident in the 400 block of E. Federal Street reported 11:45 a.m. July 2 receiving a check following work completed which was fraudulent. Police are investigating.
Identity theft
A resident reported to M&T Bank, 3201 Lehigh St., Allentown, 3:10 p.m. July 3 an unknown actor copied an ATM card and withdrew cash at two different locations.
Police assist
Salisbury police were called to assist Dorney Park and Wildwater Kingdom, 3830 Dorney Park Road, over the Independence Day holiday due to the expected crowds. There were no incidents.
Disorderly conduct
Stephanie Ritter, 25, of Florida, was issued a citation for disorderly conduct 11 p.m. July 3 following the alleged discovery of drug paraphernalia while she was at Lehigh Valley Health Network - Cedar Crest, 1200 S. Cedar Crest Blvd. Ritter was staying in Bethlehem for the weekend.
Criminal mischief
A resident in the 400 block of East Paoli Street reported 10:50 a.m. July 5 a rear window of a vehicle on the property was smashed out.
A resident in the 1300 block of Marlow Street reported 11:02 a.m. July 5 a window was broken in the home by an unknown actor.
A resident in the 2000 block of Cypress Avenue reported 6:50 a.m. July 8 an unknown actor slashed the driver side tires of a vehicle with three-quarter inch slashes. The tires are valued at $150 each.
A resident along Constitution Drive, Walking Purchase Park, reported 2 p.m. July 10 hearing a loud bang in the area to later discover the plexiglass on the Department of Conservation and National Resources sign was smashed with rocks.
A vendor at Black Rose Antiques, 3300 Lehigh St., Allentown, reported noon July 11 an unknown actor destroyed a stand and dumped merchandise out of bins and onto the floor. A white male in his mid-40s was observed destroying the stand and fled on foot when confronted.
A resident in the 600 block of Crestline Avenue reported 2:27 p.m. July 11 an unknown actor smashed the top of a mailbox. Damage is valued at $30.
A resident in the 1800 block of Church Road reported 8:27 a.m. July 13 a vehicle on the property was damaged by an unknown actor who wrote "JZ" with a heart on various places on the car.
