Theft

Mytuyet Huynh, 28, of Allentown, was charged with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property following a hospital investigation 4:45 p.m. June 26. Huynh allegedly was seen on hospital surveillance video removing money from desk drawers and purses for a total of $360 over several weeks at Lehigh Valley Health Network - Cedar Crest. Huynh was taken to Central Booking for processing.

A resident in the 1700 block of South Albert Street reported 12:23 p.m. June 28 meeting a male online who stayed for a week. The resident gave him a prepaid Walmart debit card to purchase food and he made unauthorized additional purchases.

Kenneth Conrad, 24, no known address, was charged with theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and possession of a controlled substance 7:15 p.m. July 1. Conrad, a member of the cleaning staff at Lehigh Valley Health Network - Cedar Crest, allegedly entered cabinets and removed money. He was taken to Central Booking for processing.

Burglary

A resident in the 1700 block of South Albert Street reported sometime between 4:15 and 5:30 p.m. June 27, an unknown actor entered the residence through a bedroom window and removed $400 cash, miscellaneous jewelry and a lighter collection valued at $6,000.

Criminal mischief

Public works representatives reported 10:07 a.m. June 30 unknown actors vandalized a tree in Devonshire Park, 2815 Bevin Drive by removing bark. Officials noted the tree may die without the bark.

Disturbance

A quarter stick of dynamite was set off in the 800 block of Weil Street 11:13 p.m. June 30.

Alarms

Salisbury police responded to five alarm calls June 26 through July 2.
