Resisting arrest
Peter James Ehrig, 19, of Emmaus, was charged with resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, public drunkenness and underage drinking after he allegedly acted in a loud and disruptive manner on a property where he was not authorized to be when police attempted to take him into custody in the 7100 block of Moonbeam Lane, Lower Macungie Township, 1:30 a.m. June 7. Charges were filed in District Court 31-2-03.
Underage drinking
Joshua Lloyd Pifer, 20, of Trexlertown, was charged with the purchase, consumption, possession and transportation of liquor, malt or brewed beverages and minors prohibited from operating a vehicle with any alcohol in their system after an alleged traffic stop on Route 222 at Krocks Road, Lower Macungie Township, 3:30 a.m. June 20. Charges were filed in District Court 31-3-02.
Theft from motor vehicle
Reported at the Oxyfit Gym parking lot, 6480 Alburtis Road, Lower Macungie Township, unknown actors smashed the rear driver's side window and removed several items with a total value of about $235 between 5:20 and 8:55 p.m. June 8. Reported in the 2000 block of Polar Lane, Lower Macungie Township, unknown actors entered an unlocked truck and took a laptop computer and a cellphone between 5:30 p.m. May 22 and 7:30 a.m. May 23. The investigation continues.
Reported by residents in the 1000 block of Kressler Road, Lower Macungie Township, unknown actors entered unlocked vehicles and took items with a total value of $302 between 4 p.m. June 16 and 8 a.m. June 17. Rocks thrown
Reported at Brookside Road in the area of Fresh Meadow Drive, Lower Macungie Township, un-known actors threw rocks, hitting a vehicle traveling on Brookside Road 12:24 a.m. June 20. Anyone with information regarding this incident may contact Pennsylvania State Police at 610-395-1438.
Theft
Reported in the 5100 block of Hamilton Boulevard, Lower Macungie Township, unknown actors took a Little Giant step ladder from a carport, between 8 p.m. May 31 and 1 p.m. June 1.
Reported by a Center Valley woman, at Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, unknown actors removed $215 from a wallet left on a shelf between noon and 12:10 p.m. May 29. The woman went to customer service to retrieve her wallet which was turned in by an employee and reported the money was missing.
Drug possession
Jason Mcemry Bryant, 31, of Bangor, is charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana and additional associated drug paraphernalia after he allegedly was found to have a small amount of marijuana with him during a traffic stop at Green Drive and Cedar Crest Boulevard in Emmaus Borough, 1:57 p.m. June 2. Charges were filed through District Court 31-2-03.
Criminal mischief
In an incident reported by a resident in the 1100 block of Treeline Drive, Lower Macungie Township, unknown actors damaged a mailbox between 6:45 p.m. May 27 and 7:30 a.m. May 28.
Attempted burglary
Reported in the 6400 block of Station View Drive, Upper Milford Township, an unknown actor took money from an unlocked vehicle and entered a garage in an attempt to take items from a vehicle in the garage between 10 p.m. May 4 and 5 a.m. May 5. Theft by deception
Nicholas Lee Doyle, 38, of Schuylkill Haven, was charged with theft by deception and theft by unlawful taking after he allegedly took more than $3,000 from Gamestop, 1042 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, between Nov. 1, 2014 and May 27, when he was employed as a store manager at the store. Doyle allegedly had been making fraudulent transactions to obtain the money. Charges were filed through District Court 31-3-02.
Theft
Reported by a resident in the 7000 block of Hunt Drive, Lower Macungie Township, unknown actors took a package from a front porch between noon April 27 and noon May 7. Anyone with information regarding this incident may contact Pennsylvania State Police at 610-395-1438.
Criminal mischief

Burglary
Reported by a resident in the 900 block of Village Round, Lower Macungie Township, unknown actors entered a residence and took various items between May 10 and 11.
Hit and run
Reported by a resident in the 1400 block of Limeport Pike, Lower Milford Township, 3:45 p.m. May 15, an unknown actor attempted to negotiate a right curve when the vehicle left the road and struck a utility pole. The actor then fled the scene. The resident told police she was inside her home when she heard a loud noise outside and discovered the utility pole was struck. There was minor damage to the pole. Retail theft
Elizabeth Marie Sapienza, 23, of Emmaus, was charged with retail theft after she allegedly took a dress and two pairs of children's shoes from Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 3:17 p.m. May 27. The items were valued at $25.92. Charges were filed through District Court 31-3-02.
Andrea Jean Weaver, 22, of Easton, was arrested at Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 2:10 p.m. May 25 after she allegedly took $498.54 worth of merchandise and left the store without paying for the items. Weaver was stopped by loss prevention personnel after allegedly selecting various items, placing the items in a cart and leaving the store. Charges will be filed through District Court 31-3-02, according to police.
Sheila Bridget Vilaplana, 32, of Macungie, was arrested and charged with retail theft after she allegedly attempted to steal 23 miscellaneous items totaling $326.05 from Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 2:32 p.m. May 17. Charges were filed in District Court 31-3-02.
Moctar Mbengue, 55, of Lower Macungie Township, was charged with retail theft after he allegedly removed $89.91 worth of merchandise without paying for the items from Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 1:15 p.m. May 19.
Reported at Marshall's discount department store, 6900 Hamilton Blvd, Suite 100, Lower Macungie Township, unknown actors removed several Michael Kors designer handbags and left the store without paying 11:49 a.m. April 27.
Brandi Cecelia Cox, 21, of Emmaus, was charged with retail theft after she allegedly removed clothing and one DVD from Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 7:27 p.m. June 4. Charges were filed in District Court 31-3-02.

Reported in the 4600 block of Berwyn Lane, Lower Macungie Township, unknown actors accessed a bank account and attempted to withdraw money between May 4 and 8. The investigation continues.
Theft from vehicle
Reported by residents in the 1300 block of Country Club Road and the 5000 block of Wood Lane, Lower Macungie Township, unknown actors opened and entered unlocked vehicles and took several items between 6 p.m. June 14 and 12:35 a.m. June 15.
Reported by residents in the 6500 block of Vera Cruz Road, Queens Circle and Queen Lane, Upper Milford Township, unknown actors entered six unlocked vehicles and one locked vehicle at four separate properties and took various items be-tween 11:30 p.m. June 7 and 6:30 a.m. June 8. Access device fraud
Reported by a resident in the 1100 block of Morningstar Drive, Lower Macungie Township, debit card information was stolen and used to make unauthorized purchases online May 13.
