Disturbance

Police were called to Laubach Park, 1630 Lehigh Ave., 1:50 p.m. June 12 for the report of youth allegedly flipping over a table. The table was in the proper position when police arrived and no damage was reported.

A couple on a LANTA bus at the South Mall, 3300 Lehigh St., allegedly refused to exit the bus 1:30 p.m. June 22. The bus driver also said the couple allegedly called him a racist. Police were called to assist and no charges were filed.

Fugitive from

justice

Police were called to Lehigh Valley Health Network - Cedar Crest 9 a.m. June 14 for a patient in the burn unit who was wanted on a warrant in New York.

Theft from vehicle

A resident in the 3100 block of Dogwood Lane reported 11 a.m. June 14 an unknown actor removed a registration plate from a trailer on the property.

A set of keys was removed from an unlocked vehicle parked in the 2900 block of Greenbriar Lane 8:55 p.m. June 24.

Disorderly conduct

Taylor Becote-Jones, 25, of Allentown, was issued a citation for disorderly conduct and for possession of a small amount of marijuana following an incident at Salisbury High School, 500 E. Montgomery St. 6:56 p.m. June 14. Becote-Jones was allegedly on the roof of the high school retrieving baseballs.

Criminal mischief

A resident in the 1500 block of Spiegel Street reported 9:08 a.m. June 15 two landscape lights were broken. The damage was valued at $300.

Drug

Roger Heintzelman, 53, of Fogelsville, was charged with possession of a controlled counterfeit substance and possession of a small amount of marijuana 2:40 a.m. June 16 following a traffic stop at the intersection of East Emmaus Avenue and South Albert Street. Heintzelman allegedly had an expired tag and a suspended license. He was taken to Central Booking for processing.

Joey Oswald, 36, of Mertztown, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and a misdemeanor disorderly conduct following an alleged incident at Lehigh Valley Health Network - Cedar Crest 11:52 p.m. June 22. He was taken to Central Booking for processing.

Theft

A staff member at Lehigh Valley Health Network - Cedar Crest reported 11:30 a.m. June 16 the theft of an iPad2. Police are reviewing the surveillance tape.

A resident in the 1900 block of Bevin Drive reported the theft of tools and fishing waders 3:08 p.m. June 21. The resident cleaned out the car and put the items in two laundry baskets by the curb. The items were reported missing when the resident returned. The missing items are valued at $400.

Burglary

An unknown actor entered a home in the 1000 block of Newgate Drive through a side window and removed a cellphone and $100. The incident occurred sometime between 11 p.m. June 23 and 5:30 a.m. June 24.
