Western Salisbury Elementary School recently hosted its second annual student Leadership Day. Grace Hartman, school principal, said the event "is a yearly celebration presented by Leader in Me schools to showcase what students have learned and achieved by focusing on the the seven habits of leadership."
The good habits and characteristics of heroes are featured in the curriculum for the 2014-2015 academic year and students dressed as 'super leaders' to greet visitors to Leadership Day at the school recently.
