School's out. Summer will soon officially begin and strawberry, peach, apple dumpling and other delicious festivals are getting underway.

But, let's not forget dad. Father's Day is June 21.

New Tripoli Fire Company, New Tripoli, will be having a Father's Day chicken barbecue noon to 2 p.m. on June 21.

Bring your dad to enjoy food from the grill. And, think how safe it will be because dad won't be cooking over open flames.

Jacob's Church New Tripoli, is have a Community Day celebration 5-8:30 p.m. June 26.

The free event will include games, dunk tank, tractor show (with awards) and a grill-off competition, with $275 worth of prizes for the winners.
