Yordanky Hevia-Martinez, 32, of Miramar, Fla., was taken into custody for driving under the influence of a controlled substance and possession of a small amount of marijuana after a traffic stop for allegedly speeding on Interstate 78 at mile marker 57.4, Salisbury Township, around 7 p.m. May 18. Hevia-Martinez was taken to the Lehigh County booking center for processing.
