The Parkland Garden Club will present its annual tour of outstanding private gardens, rain or shine, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. July 11.

This is a great opportunity to get innovative garden ideas as well as to meet and talk to the gardeners.

Tickets may be purchased in advance or at any of the gardens.

Tickets will be available at the following local businesses:

· C. Leslie Smith, Village West Shopping Center at Cedar Crest Boulevard and Tilghman Street;

· Dan Schantz Greenhouse, 3300 Lehigh St., Allentown;

· Lehigh Valley Home and Garden Center, 4220 Crackersport Road, South Whitehall;

· Herbein's Garden Center, Route 29, Emmaus;

· Phoebe Floral Shop, 2102 W. Hamilton St., Allentown;

· Eagle Point Farm Market and Greenhouses, 853 S. Route 100, Trexlertown;

· Kuss Brothers Nursery, 670 S. Cedar Crest Blvd., Allentown;

· Garden of Eden Florist, 2047 Route 309, South Whitehall; and

· Segan's Bloomin' Haus, 339 Grange Road, Upper Macungie.

Refreshments will be available at most of the gardens.
