Emmaus Flag Day Association program 2 p.m. in the Arts Pavilion at Emmaus Community Park. The event includes music by the Emmaus Chorale, honoring and retiring the colors by Scout troops, guest speaker Dr. Michael Waddell and the student reading of winning essays and poems. The Allentown Flag Day Association patriotic concert with the Great Allentown Band 7 p.m. at Allentown's West Park, 16th and Turner streets. The rain site is the auditorium of William Allen High School. U.S. Congressman Charlie Dent, R-15th, will deliver the Flag Day message. The concert is free; a free-will offering will be taken to perpetuate the programs of the Allentown Flag Day Association.

The Rev. Dr. Manfred Bahmann, a theologian and resident of Luther Crest, will present a lecture on "Evil and Forgiveness" 2:30 p.m. The event will be held in Crest Hall in the Luther Crest senior living community, 800 Hausman Road. Luther Crest free public concert to celebrate Father's Day featuring the Allentown Band 6:30 p.m. Influenced by composer John Philip Sousa, the band has kept the sounds of the 19th-century concert band alive for nearly 200 years.
