Public drunkenness

Bernadette Landis, 67, of Salisbury, was cited for alleged public drunkenness following a fall in the 3300 block of The Strand 4:54 p.m. May 16. Landis was taken to the hospital for the injuries.

Assault

Daniel Santiago, 26, of Salisbury, was charged with simple assault and harassment following an incident in the 1300 block of Fairfax Street 11:03 a.m. May 17. Santiago allegedly struck and pushed down the victim, left the home and turned himself in later. He was taken to Central Booking for processing.

Marc Bayout, 32, of Salisbury, was charged with simple assault and harassment following an alleged incident at a home in the 1800 block of Stratford Court 5:23 p.m. May 25.

Burglary

A resident in the 90 block of Chestnut Hill Road returned home 8:44 p.m. May 18 to find a lower level door open. An unknown actor went through the home and removed an iPad and jewelry.

Theft from vehicle

An unknown actor broke the driver's side window of a car parked at the Scott Chrysler dealership, 2120 33rd St. 12:15 p.m. May 19. The passenger side roof molding was also broken and a stereo was removed.

The window of a car parked in the 1200 block of Taft Avenue was discovered shattered 7:35 a.m. May 20 and two charging cords were stolen. The total loss is $250.

The window of a car parked in the 1200 block of Taft Avenue was discovered smashed 8:15 a.m. May 20 and a hard hat and lunch box were removed. The total loss is $400.

A resident in the 6000 block of East Lynnwood Street reported 8:22 a.m. May 20 an unknown actor removed an unknown amount of change from a vehicle. There was no reported damage to the car.

An unknown actor went through two vehicles parked in the 500 block of East Federal Street 9:40 a.m. May 20. A wallet and change were reported missing.

An unknown actor removed a Garmin GPS, Nike shoes and gym bag and Rayban sunglasses from a vehicle parked in the 2500 block of Green Acres Drive. The items, valued at $400, were reported missing 9:30 a.m. May 27.

Julio Vargas-Toledo, 66, of Allentown, was charged with theft and receiving stolen property 10 a.m. May 1 after allegedly removing two wheel covers valued at $200 from a vehicle parked at Lehigh Valley Health Network - Cedar Crest, 1200 S. Cedar Crest Blvd. Vargas-Toledo was taken to Central Booking for processing.

A resident in the 1400 block of 31st Street reported a Sony radio valued at $70 was removed from a car between 11 p.m. May 5 and 3 p.m. May 6.

A car parked at Lehigh Valley Health Network - Cedar Crest, 1200 S. Cedar Crest Blvd., was reported entered 4:58 p.m. May 13. The car was unlocked and a stereo was removed valued at $750.

The owner of a vehicle parked at Lehigh Valley Health Network - Cedar Crest, 1200 S. Cedar Crest Blvd., reported 2:43 p.m. May 13 an unknown actor broke a window and removed a Coach wallet from the vehicle. Police are reviewing video surveillance.

Identify theft

A resident in the 700 block of Federal Street reported being told by Grandview Hospital personal information was used 2 p.m. May 19.

Theft

A car parked at the Scott Mazda Volvo dealership, 3209 Lehigh St., was entered sometime between May 11 and 19 and a Garmin GPS was removed from the glove box.

Pablo Diaz-Algarin, 37, of Allentown, was charged with theft and receiving stolen property following the alleged removal of a speed timing device in the 2000 block of Martin Luther King Drive 2:09 p.m. May 20. Diaz-Algarin was allegedly observed taking the device and placing it in his truck. The value is $1,655. He was taken to Central Booking for processing.

Fraud

Alex Anderson, 21, of Coopersburg, was charged with theft by deception and receiving stolen property 2:30 p.m. May 20 following an audit at Howard Construction, 203 E. Emmaus Ave. Anderson allegedly cashed three checks twice using a mobile deposit program. The total loss was $860.48.

Criminal mischief

An unknown actor threw a rock at a home in the 1400 block of Constitution Drive 11:30 a.m. May 22.

An unknown actor spray painted a police department speed timing zone sign in the 2700 block of Lindberg Avenue. It was discovered 9:55 a.m. May 28.

A resident in the 1300 block of Ueberroth Avenue reported 5:22 p.m. May 3 an unknown actor damaged a Service Electric box located outside of the home.

Disorderly conduct

Swade Crocker, 21, of Allentown, was charged with a disorderly conduct summary following an alleged traffic stop along Tweed Avenue 9:25 p.m. May 22.

Kevin Trathen, 31, of Doylestown, received three citations 8:30 p.m. May 25 following an alleged traffic stop along Interstate 78 at mile marker 58. Trathen received one citation for disorderly conduct, one for speeding and one for a suspended license.

Drug

Anthony Nemeth, 51, of Whitehall, received a citation for disorderly conduct following an alleged crash in which Nemeth sustained injuries.

Elliott Cabrera, 30, of Allentown, was charged with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving under suspension following an alleged vehicle stop in the 3300 block of Lehigh Street 7:31 p.m. May 28. He was taken to Central Booking for processing.

Threat

A resident in the 1500 block of Maumee Avenue reported 1:14 p.m. May 25 receiving death threats via the telephone.

Vehicle theft

A customer took a car into Vinart Body Shop, 3115 Berger St., for repair in May and was given a 2015 loaner vehicle. Vinart reports 11:51 a.m. May 27 the car was finished being repaired and the customer cannot be contacted. Vinart would like the loaner vehicle returned. The customer's telephone number was disconnected.

Disturbance

Police were called to Affinity Truck and Auto Sales, 3101 Lehigh St., 4:56 p.m. May 28 for a disturbance. The customer complained she bought a car with mechanical issues and she wanted the vehicle repaired. Affinity said she bought the car "as is."

Fireworks

Police were called to a home in the 2700 block of Honeysuckle Road for the report of fireworks 7:45 p.m. May 3. Residents were told fireworks cannot be shot in the air.
