Public drunkenness
Charles Carraghan, 52, of North Third Street, was charged with public drunkenness after police were called to Keystone Avenue and Harrison Street 7 p.m. April 18 to check on the welfare of a person sitting on the corner. Carraghan allegedly was visibly intoxicated and uncooperative at the time. He was cited and released.
Disorderly conduct
Darion Davis, 21, of Buttonwood Street, was charged with disorderly conduct after police were called to his residence several times April 25 in response to reports of a large and unruly party.
Criminal mischief
Reported by the business FabTech, in the 700 block of Furnace Street, unknown actors punctured two trailer tires valued at $150 between April 8 and 15.
Reported by two residents in the 300 block of Broad Street, unknown actors punctured several vehicle tires overnight April 26 to 27, causing $300 damage.
Drug possession
A 14-year-old male student at Emmaus High School was charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of a weapon on school property April 22 after police were called to the school. School officials, acting on a tip, found a knife and marijuana in the teen's school locker. The teen was sent home with a parent and charges were filed through juvenile court.
DUI
Jodie Ziegler, 30, of Emmaus, was charged with driving under the influence after police were called to an accident 11:10 p.m. May 3 in the 300 block of Minor Street where Ziegler allegedly struck two parked cars. She was processed at the Lehigh County DUI center.
Earl A Freyman IV, 38, of Hellertown, was charged with driving under the influence after he allegedly was involved in an accident 6:30 p.m. May 13 at Chestnut and South Seventh streets. Freyman allegedly collided with another vehicle, scaled an embankment and crashed into two fences and a retaining wall.
Gino Monroy-Martinez, 35, of Allentown, was charged with driving under the influence after he was stopped in the 600 block of State Avenue for an alleged traffic violation 11 p.m. May 24. Monroy-Martinez also was charged driving without a license and processed at the Lehigh County DUI center.
Criminal mischief
Reported by a resident of the 400 block of Chestnut Street, an unknown actor threw a brick through the storm door causing $70 in damage May 11.
Reported May 12 by a resident of Powder Mill Lane, an unknown actor slashed a tire causing $100 in damage.
Reported by a resident of South Fifth Street, an unknown actor egged a car and broke a taillight valued at $100 overnight May 19.
Reported by a resident of Donald Drive, an unknown actor punctured a vehicle tire overnight May 6.
Reported May 9 by a resident of the 600 block of Chestnut Street, four garage windows were broken causing approximately $500 in damage.
