Driver arrested for
suspicion of DUI
State Police Troop M Bethlehem say Kyle Young, 22, of Orefield, was allegedly driving under the influence of alcohol around 10:45 p.m. April 21 at 7333 Church Road, Heidelberg Township.
Police say Young was arrested for suspicion of DUI and charges were filed before District Judge Rod Beck, Slatington.

State Police Troop M Fogelsville say Donna Naughton, 51, of Levittown, was northbound on Route 100 at Narris Road, Lowhill Township, just after 11 a.m. May 8, when she apparently failed to negotiate a left curve in the road.
Police say Naughton's 2000 Saturn SL-2 struck the end of a guide rail on the right shoulder of Route 100, rotated 90 degrees and came to rest on top of the guide rail facing west.
Naughton, who police say was wearing a seat belt, sustained a minor injury and allegedly showed signs of impairment.
She was transported by Northern Valley EMS to Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township.
Police say she was charged in regard to the crash.
