Centered around chili peppers, the fest features creations made with heat and choices for the "not-so-hot crowd." More than 50 vendors will offer hot sauces, salsas, mustards, jams, nuts, spice mixes, infused salts, dried pastas and pretzels. There will be pulled pork, grilled shrimp, smoked brisket, barbecue chicken, steak sandwiches, french fries, hot dogs, hamburgers, chicken tenders, pizza and more. There will be music acts, craft vendors and children's activities. Team "Fire Eaters" hosts two pepper eating contests, chicken wing eating contests, an "Assault on your Senses" food challenge, five-course dinner of disturbing, disgusting and strange foods.
