Theft from vehicle
Julio Vargas-Toledo, 66, of Allentown was charged with theft and receiving stolen property 10 a.m. May 1 after allegedly removing two wheel covers valued at $200 from a vehicle parked at Lehigh Valley Health Network - Cedar Crest, 1200 S. Cedar Crest Blvd. Vargas-Toledo was taken to Central Booking for processing.
A resident in the 1400 block of 31st Street reported a Sony radio valued at $70 was removed from a car sometime between 11 p.m. May 5 and 3 p.m. May 6.
A car parked at Lehigh Valley Health Network - Cedar Crest, 1200 S. Cedar Crest Blvd., was reported entered 4:58 p.m. May 13. The car was unlocked and a stereo was removed valued at $750.
The owner of a vehicle parked at Lehigh Valley Health Network - Cedar Crest, 1200 S. Cedar Crest Blvd., reported 2:43 p.m. May 13 an unknown actor broke a window and removed a Coach wallet from the vehicle. Police are reviewing video surveillance.
Criminal mischief
A resident in the 1300 block of Ueberroth Avenue reported 5:22 p.m. May 3 an unknown actor damaged a service electric box located outside of the home.
Fireworks
Police were called to a home in the 2700 block of Honeysuckle Road for the report of fireworks 7:45 p.m. May 3. Residents were told fireworks cannot be shot in the air.
Ordinance violation
A resident in the 900 block of Glick Avenue 8:08 p.m. May 3 was burning brush which is an ordinance violation.
Disorderly conduct
A fifth grade student at Harry S Truman Elementary School was suspended after allegedly threatening the principal 1:51 p.m. May 6. Charges are pending.
Retail theft
The owner of a kiosk at Black Rose Antiques, 3300 Lehigh St., reported 11:15 a.m. May 8 an unknown actor removed $625 worth of gold and silver jewelry.
Disturbance
Police were called to Sheffield Square Apartments, 1711 S. Albert St., 12:32 p.m. May 11 for the report of a disturbance. A resident had been evicted from her apartment and was taken to St. Lukes Hospital for treatment.
Drug
Three males were stopped in Devonshire Park, 2815 Bevin Drive, 11:30 p.m. May 14, following the smell of marijuana. Police discovered drug paraphernalia in the vehicle.

Salisbury police responded to 19 alarms during the period of May 1 through May 15.
