School Resource Officer Richard Nothstein, Bill McQuilken, trauma prevention coordinator at Lehigh Valley Health Network, and the Center for Humanistic Change provided juniors and seniors at Salisbury High School the opportunity to experience impaired and distracted driving May 14.

Lindsay Bauer attempts to walk a straight line while using fatal vision goggles which simulate impaired driving. 'I don't even know how I could get to the car,' Bauer said. 'Everything is warped. I can hardly walk. Everyone always says 'don't drink and drive.' This reallly shows what that means. [With this event] you are in this position without being in danger. It's a good lesson.'
