We are halfway through the month already. Summer will be with us before we know it.
The May Day Festival in the park was a great success. Folks enjoyed the vendors, the entertainment, crowning of the queen and strolling around the beautiful park grounds.
The Alburtis pool opens noon to 8 p.m. May 25. It will be open weekends only until schools close June 11.
Swimmers are needed for the Alburtis Sharks swim team. Don't know how to swim? Come anyway and learn. Check with the Alburtis website for further information at www. aacconline.org.
There will be a vendors bingo at the community center May 17. Call Melanie Schapero at 610-442-6095 for information.

There will be no Camp Fire Girls hoagie sales during the summer. Meetings will begin again in the fall.
