May is a busy month for St. Peter's Union Church, 7863 St. Peters Road. St. Peter's will join with Huff's Church May 9 in a walk to raise funds for hungry/homeless people. The five and 10-mile walks will begin 8 a.m. at St. Peter's. The two-mile walk will start 10 a.m. at Huff's Church.

The church will hold a spaghetti supper fundraiser 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. May 15. Proceeds will help fund the vacation Bible school and the chime choir.

Old Zionsville UCC Church, 5981 Fountain Road, Old Zionsville, will hold a breakfast buffet 7 to 11 a.m. May 16. There is a charge for guests six and over. There will also be a bake sale. Proceeds from this fundraiser go toward church improvements. For information, call 610-966-5115.

Upper Milford Western District Fire Company serves breakfast 7:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. the first Sunday of every month. All you care to eat. There are senior, adult and children's prices. The Ladies Auxiliary meets 7 p.m. June 2 at the firehouse. They are always looking for new members.

A pork and sauerkraut dinner will be held 4:30 to 7 p.m. May 14, at Lower Milford Fire Company, 1601 Limeport Pike. Mark your calendars: the annual fire department carnival will be held June 10 to 13.

Upper Milford Supervisors will meet May 7 and 21, with a workshop 7 p.m. and the regular meeting 7:30 p.m.

The Upper Milford Recreation Commission meets May 18.

The Emmaus-Upper Milford Joint Environmental Advisory Council meets 7 p.m. May 18 in Upper Milford.
