Students receive honors and awards

Local students are among 900 undergraduates recently recognized at the 57th Annual Undergraduate Honors and Awards Convocation.

Those recognized include: Kelly Brieva, of Allentown, who received the Board of Governors Scholarship; Jessica Fritsche, of Allentown, who received the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference Scholar-Athlete Award; Alexis Guignet, of Allentown, who received the Alan S. and Adeline Holliday Scholarshp; Brian Smith, of Allentown, who received the Richard G. Kokat / Andrei Georgescu Memorial Scholarship; Daniel Johnson, of Macungie,who received the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference Scholar-Athlete Award.
