ALLENTOWN RESCUE MISSION, Allentown is looking for an experienced painter to paint dining room walls, two exterior metal doors and frames, inside and out and two interior wooden doors. Approximate start date is May 11. Work days are 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday to Friday. Volunteers must attend an orientation meeting with the facilities manager May 7. CANCER SUPPORT COMMUNITY GREATER LEHIGH VALLEY, Bethlehem needs volunteers to prepare for the annual boutique at the rink sale. Volunteers will empty pods and set up all the racks. DELAWARE & LEHIGH NATIONAL HERITAGE CORRIDOR, Easton needs volunteers to become guides and work as gift shop attendants at the National Canal Museum in Hugh Moore Park, Easton, for the upcoming visitor season. Training is held on four Saturday mornings beginning May 2. The museum opens to the public Wednesday through Sunday beginning June 6. EASTON FARMERS' MARKET seeks summer volunteers, ages 18 and over, to support the Saturday morning market and the Wednesday evening market. The Saturday market runs 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. May through November and the Wednesday market runs 5 to 9 p.m. May through September.
