Disorderly conduct
Richard Buffum, 34, of Kutztown, was given a summary citation for alleged disorderly conduct and a citation for alleged inspection and emissions violations 5:53 p.m. April 10 following a traffic stop in the 3000 block of South Pike Avenue.
Anthony Rosario, 19, of Richlandtown, was charged with alleged disorderly conduct following a stop at South Mountain Big Rock Park, 4562 E. Rock Road, 10:30 p.m. April 11.
Harassment
Aaron Smith, 19, of Emmaus, was given a summary citation for harassment following an alleged argument at a home in the 3000 block of South Pike Avenue 4:47 p.m. April 13.
Scam
A resident in the 1100 block of South Cedar Crest Boulevard reported 10 p.m. April 11 receiving repeated telephone calls asking for $250 to be sent to an address in Hawaii via Western Union; once received the resident would receive a check for $1,000. Police informed the resident this was a scam.
Drug
Stephen Oliver, 24, of Salisbury, was given a summary citation 1:22 a.m. April 12 following an alleged traffic stop at the intersection of South Pike Avenue and West Rock Road.
Melissa Ward, 20, of Allentown, was given a summary citation 8:10 p.m. April 15 following an alleged traffic stop at the intersection of Summit Street and Cardinal Drive.
Assist EMS
There were 16 calls April 10 through 17 where Salisbury police assisted EMS personnel.
Criminal mischief
A resident in the 700 block of East Juniata Street reported 3:48 p.m. April 13 two flood lights and a motion detector were smashed on the property. The damage is approximately $60.
Theft
A Lehigh Valley Health Network - Cedar Crest office reported $500 of fundraising money was removed from a locked office noon April 15.
A motor scooter was reported removed from a home in the 1400 block of East Susquehanna Street 7:12 p.m. April 16. The scooter is valued at $280.
Assault
Christopher Brugger, 38, of Allentown was charged with simple assault and harassment following an alleged incident at a home in the 1500 block of Maumee Avenue 1:10 p.m. April 16. He was taken to Central Booking for processing.
Burglar alarms
Salisbury police responded to six burglar alarms April 10 through 17.
