Parkland Community Library, 4422 Walbert Ave, South Whitehall, is offering family storytime for children ages 18 months to 3 years 10:30-11 a.m. on April 16, 22, 23, 29 and 30.

Younger and older siblings may attend. An adult must stay with each child.

There will be stories, songs and games for the entire family.

Preschool storytimes for children ages 3 to 5 years will be 1-1:30 p.m. April 16, 23 and 30.

Parents must stay in the library but do not have to attend storytime with the children. There will be stories, songs, games and crafts.

Sleepy storytime will be 6:30 p.m. April 28.

Youngsters are invited to dress in pajamas and bring a cuddly friend to hear nighttime stories.

Join the library staff to learn the latest tech tips and tricks at the Tech Café 3-4 p.m. April 21.

Come and celebrate the library staff's favorite Diary of a Wimpy Kid character Greg Heffley with games and trivia at the Wimpy Kid party for kids in second grade and higher 6 p.m. April 21.

Writers Unite, open to anyone interested in creative writing, is having a free workshop 7 p.m. April 21.

Learn creative writing and share techniques, tips and critiques with the group.

Enjoy tea and crumpets with fellow masterpiece lovers for a masterpiece matinee 3 p.m. on April 22 to discuss plot twists, new loves and new secrets.

Bring knitting materials and enthusiasm for an afternoon swapping knitting tips and tricks with the Knitting Circle from 2-4 p.m. April 23.

Have you ever made a robot out of a toothbrush, then come and join the Family Bristlebots Challenge 2 p.m. April 25 for kids in kindergarten and older.

The Teen Monthly Meetup will be from 7:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. April 28 at the library.

Come and explore this month's exhibit featuring art masterpieces made by the Lehigh Carbon Community College Art Club 6-8 p.m. April 29 and from 1-3 p.m. April 30 at the library. Meet these talented artists for live demonstrations.
