Harassment
Mary Aungst, 46, of Lansford, was charged with a summary citation for harassment 4:30 p.m. March 17 following an alleged accident in the 1200 block of South Cedar Crest Boulevard.
Drug
Police responded to a report of four males parked in the 1700 block of South Albert Street 6:42 p.m. March 22 smoking marijuana.
Bad check
A landlord in the 700 block of East Paoli Street reported receiving a bad check in the amount of $450 from a renter 4 p.m. March 25.
Scam
A resident in the 1300 block of Fairfax Street, Allentown, reported re-ceiving a check for a Mary Kay cosmetics order for $261 which was fraudulent 4:50 p.m. March 23.
A resident in the 2700 block of Lindberg Avenue reported receiving repeated calls from a man with an Indian accent from Brooklyn, N.Y. 11:51 p.m. March 31 saying someone filed an action against them.
A resident said she received a call from a person at home and at work saying he needs to serve her papers. He continues to ask for her social security number and said she owes $725 for a loan she does not have outstanding. The last call was received 6 p.m. April 1.
Driving under the influence
Eric Budd, 43, of Bethlehem, was charged with suspicion of driving under the influence 5:15 p.m. March 23 following a traffic stop at the intersection of Interstate 78 - Summit Lawn off-ramp and West Rock Road. He was transported to St. Luke's Health Network for evaluation.
Kathleen Belkhir, 53, of Allentown, was charged with suspicion of driving under the influence 5:37 p.m. March 29 following a traffic stop on Salisbury Road and Ueberroth Avenue. She was taken to Central Booking for processing.
Rose Judd, 49, of Allentown, was charged with suspicion of driving under the influence 3 p.m. March 30 following a traffic stop in the 3300 block of Lehigh Street. She was taken to Central Booking and then to Lehigh Valley Hospital.
Criminal mischief
A resident in the 1400 block of East Susquehanna Street reported 2:32 p.m. March 26 smashed lights on the property sometime overnight. Two juveniles were seen running from the home. The 12- and 13- year-old boys admitted to breaking the lights and will be charged with summary charges for criminal mischief.
Theft
A bag was discovered removed from a car parked in the 700 block of East Lynnwood Street 10:20 a.m. March 27.
A cellphone was reported taken from Salisbury High School, 500 E. Montgomery St., 3 p.m. March 27. The grey iPhone 6 is valued at $300.
Identity theft
A resident in the 1200 block of Garden Avenue reported 10 a.m. March 27 a letter was received from the Internal Revenue Service stating an unknown actor had already filed taxes using the victim's information.
A resident received notification a debit card was used at a Walgreens in Palmer Township. Police are investigating.
Attempted theft
A resident in the 600 block of East Montgomery Street reported 1 p.m. March 27 an unknown actor entered all three vehicles on the property but nothing was taken.
Fugitive from justice
Salisbury police apprehended Clarence Alton, no known address, during a vehicle stop in the 3300 block of Lehigh Street. A warrant had been issued for Alston's arrest in New Jersey. He was transported to Lehigh County prison.
Assault
Rondell McNeil, 38, of Bethlehem, will be charged with simple assault and harassment following an alleged argument with the victim at a home in the 1600 block of Rader Avenue 10:53 p.m. March 28.
Resisting arrest
Kristopher Strain, 30, of Salisbury, was charged with simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct following an incident 5:13 p.m. March 30 at a home in the 3100 block of Capital Street. He was taken to Central Booking for processingDisorderly conduct
A 13-year-old male attempted to knock over a portable toilet at Laubach Park, 1630 Lehigh Ave., 4:05 p.m. March 27. He will receive a summary citation for disorderly conduct.
Tyrae McDuffie, 22, of Salisbury, received a summary citation for disorderly conduct 12:06 a.m. March 28 following a party at a home in the 1300 block of Maumee Avenue.
Fraud
A resident in the 2200 block of South Dauphin Street reported 4 p.m. March 16 attempting to file 2014 taxes and discovering someone had already used their information.
Knopf Automotive, 3401 Lehigh St., reported noon March 24 a customer in New York purchased $5,000 of parts using an invalid credit card.
