HORNET HAPPENINGS

The Emmaus High School counseling department will hold its third annual college fair 6 to 8 p.m. April 30 in the main and auxiliary gymnasiums. Approximately 130 post-secondary institutions will attend.

Emmaus' Habitat for Humanity will hold a flapjack fundraiser at the Applebee's in Trexlertown 8 to 10 a.m. April 25. Ticket profits will go to the club to build homes for those in need around the Lehigh Valley.

Emmaus will hold an International Fair 1 to 4 p.m. April 18 in the main cafeteria. Admission is free and the event will feature live performances, presentations and games. There will also be a raffle to benefit the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Society.

Order your 2014-2015 Tattler yearbook by going to www.balfour.com and selecting Emmaus High School or call 800-944-5930. Major credit cards are accepted. All yearbooks are delivered in August and can be picked up in the EHS main office or you can have them shipped directly to your home.

Volunteers are needed for the EHS Step Afterball May 2. The event is completely run by volunteers and by donations. The theme this year is "Afterball 2015 The Great Beyond." For more information or to volunteer, contact Debbie at jdmzj@ptd.net.

Looking ahead, Broadway Night is scheduled for 7 p.m. April 24 in the auditorium. The Emmaus High School orchestra will hold its spring concert 7:30 p.m. April 28. A comedy improv night will be held 6 p.m. April 30.
