He was the one

The one for whom they were waiting

Yet they did not recognize him

Some called him the King of the Jews

But his kingdom was not of this world

He will come again

Sometime in the future

When he will reign forever

But for now he reigns in our hearts

This once and future king

For he is the King of Kings

And Lord of Lords

And he shall reign for ever and ever
