The Northampton Area Public Library is scheduled to reopen soon.

"The goal is to open it March 30," Northampton Area School District Superintendent of Schools Joseph Kovalchik said at the March 23 school board meeting on behalf of school Director Judy Odenwelder, board representative to the NAPL, where she is a board member.

The NAPL closed March 6 following water damage to the interior believed to result from a roof leak.
